About Anchor

Anchor Covenant Church grew out of an early morning worship service at Covenant Harbor Bible Camp. As people gathered on the shore of Lake Geneva, singing praises to God, hearing the Word, marveling at the beauty, they knew they were on to something good. After a few years of great summer worship in the Boathouse, the question was raised, “Why does this service have to end when the weather turns bad?” Heads were scratched. People prayed. An indoor facility was found. A new church was in the works.

Today Anchor Covenant Church is a lively, growing congregation that meets at 9:00 am Sunday Mornings at the Lake Geneva YMCA. While we are a new church, our history stretches back 50 years through the dynamic ministry of Covenant Harbor Bible Camp.
