 Welcome to Anchor Covenant Church, thanks for checking us out!  Anchor is a vibrant, growing community of people seeking after God, that meets at 5:00 PM Sunday evenings at 1st Congregational UCC church of Lake Geneva (715 Wisconsin Street, Lake Geneva- between Center and Broad).  We are a family of faith that has been called together to glorify God by connecting people to Him and one another, growing into passionate and mature followers of Jesus, and intentionally and compassionately serving the world God loves and sacrificed to save.

Crying Out To God: The Psalms

Who God is, how God acts, what God is like, it's all found in the Psalms.  Who we are, how to be reconciled to God, what God expects from his followers, it's all found in the Psalms.  Cries of joy and gratitude, cries of hurt and confusion, cries of thanks for being carried through a dark and ugly world, it's all found in the Psalms.  Join us as we look into these songs and poems that so wonderfully describe God, so deeply impact us, and so perfectly describe every aspect of our life as Children of God and Followers of Jesus.
